Diana Mroczek

I accompany my clients on their way to regain bodily balance.

I invite people who want to experience deep relaxation through movement and stretching, breathing techniques or meditation.

My classes are based on the polyvagal theory, Alexander Lowen's bioenergetics, and the principles of trauma-sensitive yoga. I also teach techniques for stimulating energy through movement and breathing founded in Yoga Kundalini.

I started my healing practice in 2013 with yoga training in the Iyengar method, and then I added the Ashtanga series. I obtained my yoga teacher certificate from Yoga Alliance. Later I completed the Trauma Sensitive Yoga - TCTSY courseat the Justice Resource Institute (USA). I also completed subsequent teacher courses in the field of anatomy, yoga for women and seniors, meditation and Ayurveda. I graduated in management (Warsaw School of Economics and Royal Holloway University of London), mortgage banking and real estate market (University of Warsaw). For many years I worked in corporations and, hence, I am very familiar with their environment.

I love spending time digging in the earth and tending to ornamental and edible plants. I am passionate about DIY projects at home and in the garden.
